About Us |
The Intensive Livestock Working Group (ILWG) is a collaborative industry coordination catalyst representing key livestock organizations in Alberta, including Alberta Chicken, Alberta Hatching Egg Producers, Alberta Milk, Alberta Turkey, Alberta Beef Producers, Egg Farmers of Alberta, Alberta Cattle Feeders Association, and Alberta Pork.
ILWG focuses on advancing shared priorities that impact all members, working on policy development, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to support farmers & ranchers operating Confined Feeding Operations (CFOs). By bringing together industry leaders, ILWG strengthens the voice of Alberta’s livestock sector, ensuring that policies and decisions reflect the needs of the farmers and ranchers who feed our communities.
